About Dr. Scappaticci
Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician · Developer of Functional Integrated Therapy™
Dr. Mark Scappaticci is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician who has spent his career treating athletes at the highest levels of sport.
Registered with the National Sport Centre of Canada to treat Canadian Olympic athletes, he has worked with world-class track and field Olympians from several nations and contributed to the last three summer and two winter Olympic Games.
He is a consulting chiropractor to the Toronto Maple Leafs and Atlanta Braves, and consults with teams and athletes across the NHL, NFL, NBA and MLB.
He is also the developer of Functional Integrated Therapy™ — the integrated treatment model at the heart of the FIT Institute.
Dr. Scappaticci graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1992 and completed his Fellowship in Chiropractic Sport Sciences in 1995. He holds a Level I Rehabilitation specialty and practices in Niagara Falls and Toronto, Ontario.
He has treated athletes using Active Release Techniques® for many years and has served as a lead ART instructor, with his clinics designated as Elite ART Provider Centres.
