Dr. Mylonas is a Chiropractor and ART® Provider. He majored in the Kinesiology and Health Sciences program at York University and graduated from New York Chiropractic College in 2004. He has worked with athletes from a variety of sports including hockey, baseball, soccer, tennis, squash, and track and field at amateur, national and professional levels. In his practice, Dr. Mylonas integrates a unique blend of contemporary techniques such as electro-acupuncture, soft tissue release and joint manipulation to treat sports injuries, every day clinical cases and to provide performance care. As a CSCS, he has a special understanding of strength and conditioning from a functional retraining/rehabilitation perspective which is integrated in his clinical practice. Dr. Mylonas has an advanced knowledge of the mechanism and management of combative sports injuries as they relate to boxing, wrestling, judo, jiu-jitsu and mixed martial arts. He has also worked as a consultant for athletes at the Reebok Grand Prix Track & Field Championships in NYC, 2006 Jamaican National Track and Field Championships, 79th Texas Relays at the University of Texas and with athletes from Michigan State University.
